What is your MOQ?

Usually our MOQ is 1 container. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

Can I get samples?

Sure. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity. We usually send samples by FEDEX, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account.

How long is the sample lead time?

For regular stock samples, it takes 2-3 days. If you want your own designs, it takes longer lead time, depends on your request.

How long is the production lead time?

It takes about 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

It would be great if you can provide AI, CDR or PSD, etc. Otherwise, we can make the draft for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

How many colors are available?

We have some regular color for each model. Meanwhile, we match colors with Pantone matching system. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.

What is your payment term?

Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% before shipment. We also accept LC at sight.
