BNB Series asphalt mixing plant oil/gas burner, can burn both oil or gas fuel.

BNB Series asphalt mixing plant burner can measure and keep the real gas flow in stable state automaticly. System cab keep the air/gas sacale in suitble range and control combustion state digitally. The air supply will not rely on the open of valve, but due to the real gas flow. When gas pressure changed, system can auto adjust valve open to fit, so the wide wave range pressure of gas supply can be allowed.

BNB Series asphalt mixing plant burners, can switch oil and gas easily, BNB Series burners can adjust gas flow when the gas pressure waves in 15 percent. The advantage of the burner are low requirement, low malfunction rate, low noise, low pollution, long life.

 As a kind of mechatronic equipment with high degree of automation, the burner can be divided into five major systems from its functions: air supply system, ignition system, monitoring system, fuel system, and electronic control system.

1. Air supply system
The function of the air supply system is to send air with a certain wind speed and volume into the combustion chamber. Its main components are: casing, fan motor, fan impeller, air gun fire tube, air door controller, air door baffle, and diffusion plate.

2. The ignition system
The function of the ignition system is to ignite the mixture of air and fuel. Its main components are: ignition transformer, ignition electrode, and electric high-voltage cable.

3. Monitoring system
The function of the monitoring system is to ensure the safe operation of the burner. The main components include flame monitor, pressure monitor, external monitoring temperature, etc.
4. Fuel system
The function of the fuel system is to ensure that the burner burns the fuel required. The fuel system of the fuel burner mainly includes: oil pipes and joints, oil pumps, solenoid valves, nozzles, and heavy oil preheaters. Gas burners mainly include filters, voltage regulators, solenoid valve groups, and ignition solenoid valve groups.

5. Electronic control system
The electronic control system is the command center and contact center of the above systems. The main control element is a program controller, which is equipped with different program controllers for different burners.
