The main advantage of the machine is the machine with double heads, and the double heads are independent. The double heads can do the same work at the same time or do the opposite work. It is powerful enough for the door making. It can make 2 pcs of doors at the same time. Double head with separate motors, higher working efficiency and better machining .

Gantry
The gantry is constructed of tubular steel with reinforcing ribs welded throughout the length of the column which results in a steady firm beam assembly. This quality engineering and workmanship result in smooth precision cutting.
High Frequency Powerful spindle
The High quality Alpha ABS series CNC Router machine comes standard with 4.5kw high frequency spindle. This precision spindle requires no maintenance. Fully programmable speeds from 6000 to 18000 RPM, more powerful and less noise.
Base Frame
The base frame is fabricated from heavy-duty tubular steel that is welded, precision machined and stress relieved so that the foundation remains true and steady over the operational life of the machine.
Gantry Support (Uprights)
The Gantry uprights are cast iron with heavy duty gussets formed into the casting. Each support is machined for housing the various drive assemblies including motors, bearings, belts, and wiring harnesses.
Z Axis TBI Ball screw
Z axis is with TBI ball screw to ensure the machine with higher precision and longer service life.
XY Z Axis HiwinSquare Rail
The Hiwin square rail is with higher stability and rigidity, which makes the gantry moving and spindle moving at high speed with high precision.

Aluminum PVC T-slot table

The working table of the machine is made of panels of special reinforced aluminum separated by grooves to accommodate the clamps. A frequent step in the placement of the grooves makes it possible to fasten the workpiece of almost any size and does not require additional manipulation. The surface of the table, in the processing area, is covered with a special protective layer of wear-resistant plastic. In the event of errors and passing the tool below the workpiece zero point, the protective layer keeps the tool and the table from damage.
XY Helical rack and pinion
The Alpha ABS Series CNC Router uses precision helical gear racks on the X and Y axes. The mounting of the rack is inverted to help keep dust and debris from building up on the drive system, this assures smooth motion and long term reliability.
The precision gearbox is directly coupled to the stepper motor and pinion. This eliminates belt stretch inaccuracies assuring high-speed machining while the system positions the spindle accurately.
Oil Lubrication System
The machine comes the whole lubrication system to make sure all the transmission system will be well lubricated, which will make the machine service life longer.
Drive Motors
The ABS series CNC Router utilizes brushless micro-stepper motors. These motors require no regular maintenance, therefore reducing any maintenance downtime

Rotary Axis
Alpha’s 4-Axis rotary table assembly comes complete with a 3-jaw chuck, tail stock, and linear guide track for easy tail stock movement and center alignment. The addition of Alpha's 4-axis rotary table assembly adds greater functionality to the machine’s capabilities allowing for 4-axis cutting in both 2D and 3D carving and indexing functions.(Alpha has 0-100mm, 0-150mm, 0-200mm, 0-250mm, 0-300mm diameter rotary axis for your choice)
