Heat conduction oil steam/vacuum system
1) Degumming process
Before oil refining, the press oil must be filtered to remove suspended solids (mainly cider cake, in addition to sediment, fibers, etc.) and partially peptized substances suspended in the oil. Then hydration degumming, the purpose is to remove peptized impurities such as phospholipids in the filter oil. The specific operation is as follows:
2) Decoloring process
A. Treatment:The first step processed oil vacuum inhalation to decolorization cans, about 2/3 volum. Under 6kpa vacuum press,while stirring, while warming, temperature to above 80℃-100℃,reduce the water to 0.1%.
B. Decoloring:Add activated clay,the weight is about 2-5% oil weight, and continue mixing and heating to about 105℃,maintain 25 minutes to complete.
C. Filter:Reduce oil temperature to 70℃ in decolorization tan, then open the vacuum jar, begin filter to reduce residue(waste clay),this process need air compressor.
3) Deodorizing process operation
A. Pre-treatment:
Open the vacuum device, indraws the pre-deodorized oil into stainless steel deodorization tank (vacuum pressure around 35kpa), the oil quantity is about 2/3 of tank volume.
B. Heating:
Deodorizing oil enters into the tank and begins to heat (with heat conduction oil),input direct steam (pressure 0.1mpa) when the oil temperature reaches above 100℃,the intake steam amount is 10-15% of oil weight, deodorized oil temperature is 200℃-220℃,vacuum residual pressure 0.8kpa (6mmHg), the period is 4-6 hours.
