Rice Bar Type Automatic Feeding & Packing Line

Application scope： Application for packing rice bars,marshmallow,crunchy,candy,pinecone,nut crisp and other regluar shape objects.Connected with former production line by antomatic feeder or manual feeder. Main performance & Structure Characteristics : 1.Rice bar type feeding and packing line consists of feeding converyor,turntable unscrambler,automatic feeding unit and autmatic packing machine.Rice cracker and other products are unscrambled by the centrifugal force produced the turntable,and then transmit orderly to the automatic feeding and packing unit.The packing line can acheive the effects of continuous and orderly production,low scrap rate,and beautiful appearance. 2.Packing speed of sigle line can achieve to 150-350bags/min. 3.Power supply adopts 220V 50HZ,total power is about 11KW ad the drawing(2 lines). Advantage: 1.With the usage of turntable,the products are transmitted to the feeding unit orderly,has the features of stable transmission,accurate location and high speed. 2.Dismantle the belts without tools,crumble slots are installed in the connecting places and in the bottom of the belt,easy to maintain,save time and effort. 3.Simplified structure,easy operation,convenient cleaning and maintenance;it's easy and fast to change films and setting when change products with different size. 4.Equipped with food grade blue anti-microbial PU belt,Anti-sticking belt or white PU belt are also optionally available. 5.High quality electric components are adopted in control system;intelligent PLC,touch screen and wonderful HMI,make the operation easy and intuitive.
