The horizontal ribbon mixer consists of a U shaped container, a ribbon agitating blade and a transmission component, the ribbon shaped blade is generally made into a double or triple layer, and the outer spiral gathers the material from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral is transporting the center to the sides to form a convective mixing. The ribbon mixer has good effects on the mixing of viscous or cohesive powders and granuales and the mixing of liquid and paste materials in the powder. The cylinder cover can be made into a fully open door to facilitate cleaning and replacement of the equipment.

A: Yes, we are a factory with more than 20 years manufacturing experience. Welcome to visit our factory. Only 1 hour fast train from Shanghai Train Station and 20 minutes from Yangzhou Airport.
2. Q: How long is the machine warranty? After warranty, what if we meet problem about the machine?
A: Our warranty is one year. After warranty we still offer you lifetime after-sales services. Anytime you need, we are here to help. If the problem is easy to solve, we will send you the solution by email. If it doesn't work, we will send our engineers to your factory.
3. Q: How do you control the quality before delivery?
A: We have our quality control department, they will do testing before shipment. Or we would like you to come to our factory to check the machines in person. If your schedule is busy, we can take a online video inspection for you.
4. Q: Are your machines difficult to operate? How do you teach us using the machine?
A: Our machines are installed well before shipment. When you get the machine, you only need to do some simple wiring connections. We also have marks on each wirings. And we also have the Manual to guide you to use the machine. You are welcome to contact us if you have any doubts on using the machine.
