Spiral ribbon mixer
WLDH horizontal helical ribbon mixing machine is widely applied for the solid-solid mixing or solid-slurry mixing in industries of chemical, pharmaceutical, food, compound fertilizer, health-care products, dyes, paints, rubber, building materials, powdered milk, feed, additives, aquaculture, bioengineering, fine chemical, ceramics, refractory material, rare earth, plastic, glass or nuclear materials, etc.
In WLDH horizontal helical ribbon mixing machine, there are two layers of spiral conveyor, and with unique structure, the operation is stable, the noise is low, the service life is long, and it is convenient to install. With advantages of fast mixing speed and good mixing effect, the machine is especially suitable for those sticky products.
If scrapers are equipped in the spiral conveyor, the machine can be used for the mixing of sticky or mushy products.
When the product type is changed, different spiral conveyor can be used, and the heating / drying jacket can be equipped.
If the atomizing is needed, special nozzle can be used.
After each mixing, the machine should be cleaned. There is a door, and it is convenient to clean the machine.

Working principle:
In WLDH horizontal helical ribbon mixing machine, be driven by the stirring shaft, by the external spiral, powders are driven to move from both sides to the center, and by the internal spiral, powders are driven to move from the center to both sides. At the same time, some powders are pushed by the spiral, and moves along the axial direction. So powders can be mixed quickly, and the mixing effect is good.
