Process: Tap water / Raw water Tank → Booster pump (Raw water pump) → Quartz Sand filter → Activated Carbon filter → Water softener (Cation resin filter)
→ Cartridge filter(Security filter) → 2 stages RO main system → Produced pure water storage tank
RO water purification system is to produce high quality drinking water for drinking or beverage factory etc.
1. Booster pump (Raw water pump)-- provide the pressure to sand/carbon filter
2. Quartz sand filter-- get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid and so on
3. Activated carbon filter--Remove the color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter and so on
4. Water softener (Cation resin filter)---Hard water is softened by removing the calcium magnesium it contains.
5. Cartridge filter(Security filter)--prevent any deposition of large Particles, some bacteria, and viruses into the RO membrane, The accuracy is 5um, for holding back any large particulates such as large iron, dust, suspended matter, impurity.
6. High pressure pump#1-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane, at least 2.0 MPA
7. First stage RO main system --RO system is the heart part of pure water plant. The RO systems are capable of removing over 99% of ions, bacteria, particles and 98% of organics and silica, 85 % of B. simply operation and life span.
8. High pressure pump#2-- Provide the high pressure to RO membrane, at least 2.0 MPA

10. Middle pure water storage tank--Buffer tank for EDI system (Optional)
11. EDI booster pump--Provide pressure to EDI module(Optional)
12. EDI module--The EDI module cleverly combines electrodialysis and ion exchange technology, uses the high voltage of the electrodes at both ends to move the charged ions in the water, and cooperates with the ion exchange resin and selective resin membrane to accelerate the movement and removal of ions, so as to achieve the purpose of Ultra-water purification.
