※ The equipment must be operated by people familiar with this product.
※ If it is not used or the operator is absent, please cut off the power supply of the equipment to prevent accidents.
※ This equipment is only used for commercial purposes, so any other improper use will cause danger.
※ It is forbidden to wash and clean with water to prevent the equipment from short-circuiting and causing injury. ※ Do not use chemical corrosive drugs to clean the surface of stainless steel.
2. Installation requirements and precautions
All installation and operation must be done by professionals.
1) The machine is very heavy, it is recommended to install it on the ground. Any modification, incorrect installation, adjustment and maintenance may result in property damage, injury and death. Please contact the supplier and ask well-trained professionals to adjust and maintain the product.
2) During installation, the machine must be at least 10 cm away from the wall. If the machine
3) needs to be installed near the wall, it must be a firewall. 4) The installation location must be ventilated, and an exhaust fan should be installed to remove the steam generated during the working process of the machine.
5) The installed machine must remain stable and not shake during work.
6) Before installation, remove the plastic film of the machine packaging, and then use suitable utensils to remove other residues.
7) Do not put any flammable substances (such as towels) close to the oven, otherwise it will easily cause a fire accident.
8) When not in use, be sure to cut off the power supply.
9) If the machine fails, the user should turn off the power in time. Don't turn on or turn off the power, it can only be used
after professional repairs.
3, machine maintenance Clean the burner and food tray regularly. (Recommended twice a day)
At any time, if the user is not using the machine, he must turn off the power supply or cut off the power supply. When cleaning, cut off the power supply. You can use cloth and gasoline to clean the stainless steel surface, and then place the device in a ventilated place. Hot soapy water can be used to clean the stainless steel surface. (It is forbidden to flush with high-pressure water!) When cleaning the equipment, do not use abrasive cleaners, brushes or scrapers to clean the surface. This operation will cause the machine to rust and scratch the equipment. The use of corrosive substances (such as potassium chloride) is prohibited. More than 90% of this equipment is metal (stainless steel, iron, aluminate, electroplating). According to standards, these metals can be recycled and processed. (Don't throw it away casually.)
