Product Description
Mica board is a hard or soft plate-shaped insulating material made by bonding, heating and pressing of mica paper and
high-performance silicone resin. The mica content is about 90%, and the silicone resin content is 10%.
SHR-5660-H series rigid mica board has the characteristics of high strength, good performance, less smoke and less odor. This serie of mica board is mainly used in household appliances (toasters, microwave ovens, heaters, hair dryers, electric irons,etc.), metallurgy (such as industrial frequency furnaces, intermediate frequency furnaces, electric arc furnaces, etc.), medical equipment and other industries as the above appliances heating bracket, pad, partition.

◆SHR-5660-H1: Rigid Muscovite Board
◆SHR-5660-H3: Rigid Phlogopite board
Depending on the smoothness of the surface:
◆SHR-5660-G1: Muscovite light board
◆SHR-5660-G3: Phlogopite light board.
Features:
Compared with general insulating materials, the outstanding advantages of mica boards are:
◆Excellent insulation performance at high temperature. Under the usage environment of 500-1000℃, the breakdown voltage index is still maintained at 15KV/mm;
◆The hard mica board has good bending strength and hardness;
◆Excellent environmental protection performance, the product does not contain asbestos, less smoke and less odor when heated, even smokeless and odorless;
◆Excellent acid resistance, alkali resistance and oil resistance.
