Q:Can the inverter convert AC to DC?
A:NO. An inverter can only convert DC to AC. The ones that can convert AC to DC are called rectifiers.
Q:Different types of Inverters A:1. Output waveform
square wave& modified sine wave& pure sine wave (can run any type of load)
2. Output frequency
low frequency(can protect the load better)& high frequency
3. Output phase
single phase& three phase
Q:Solution to poor load capacity of inverter A:Check if your inverter has a square wave output. The load capacity of the square wave inverter is poor, only about half of the rated load. If your inverter has a pure sine wave output and the load power is lower than the inverter rated power, check whether your battery capacity is sufficient to drive the load. If the rated power and battery capacity of your pure sine wave inverter is sufficient, it could be caused by the poor quality of the inverter.
