It is common that most household have their RF coaxial circuit network (RF) laid within the house. This model enable A/V system in the living room to be shared with another bedroom or location within the RF circuit distribution with the function of remote controlling from another location (bedroom).
It modulate A/V signal to RF signal over coaxial. User in the bedroom can share and remote control their Digital Set Top Box, DVR, DVD, AV Receiver which are placed in the living room. This is made possible by converting the A/V signal from the A/V system to RF signal and send to various rooms over RF circuits.
Now you can share your A/V system, watching and controlling at 2 different locations.
You may opt to purchase additional Receiving hosts for more bedrooms to realise the sharing and controlling an A/V system in multiple locations. You may extend up to 3 different bedrooms or location with additional Receiving hosts.

 | Lim was born in Singapore and received his tertiary education in UK and Japan. He graduated from the Electrical & Electronic Engineering faculty of which he worked in the private engineering sector.
1 July 1988, with an initial capital outlay of US$6,000, Lim along with former schoolmate Yoji Kobayashi founded Kay’s Manufacturing in the form of sub contractor to EMS in a small shop space they rented. There they developed and founded Credmax Technology which supply Japanese semiconductors to factories in neighboring countries. |

1996 , they bought over their customer’s remote control factory in Singapore and started Remote IR Extender. Since then, they never looked back.
Mr. Lim has won accolades from industry and government for his prolific innovations.
This includes his winning Singapore’s Public Star Medal in 2001 for his outstanding achievements in the business field, winning the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award from organizer of the European DVD summit in April 2000 and by being appointed Chairman of Singapore’s Technopreneurship 21 Private Sector Committee in March 1999.
Lim’s motto : Trust and Reputation is harder to make than money. “Trust & Reputation First” Lim retired as Singapore's Technopreneurship 21 Private Sector Committee in 2008 and named his son Mr.Limch to continue his great work in YZC Group. | |
We have a relatively small and compact team with stringent control in every aspect of production. All products go through at least 3 process of testing before final assembly with a final QC.
