Formwork tie system is one of the most important accessories in a poured wall project. The concrete tie rods are used with various formwork accessories in concrete construction. Both the hot rolled and cold rolled the tie rods are able to work with formwork wing nuts, concrete anchor nuts, hex nuts, connection nuts, washer plates, formwork wedge clamps, formwork spring clamps, water stopper/water barrier nut, combi plate nut, plastic cones, plastic tubes, etc.

Aluminum Forming System 

The aluminium wall tie system is widely used in America countries. America aluminium formwork is normally fixed by nominal wall tie or full wall tie. The Wall Tie have two type the full tie and nominal tie the ultimate load all can reach to 7200LBS. The wall thickness from 6” to 12” are the normal size, and we can produce as your request. The sizes range from 6” to 8” can be offered. And your required other sizes can also be available.

The main parts to fix the formwork include the wedge and pin. There are three kinds of pins can be chosen. One kind is the flat head pin, the second is the round head pin and the third one is the combo filler pin. There are two different kinds of Wedges to be used. One is the Straight Wedge and another is the Curved Wedge. And our head pin and wedge all through heat treatment.The size we can produce as your request as your drawing or samples.
