The line consisit of pre- heating oven, power roller, in-vox 90 ° overturning machine, two-way delivery unit, forming fixture, auto-injection unit, out-box lift translation machine, outer water heat unit, pneumatic unit, electric control and etc.
It adopts linear layout, the fixture outer mould plate is heated by circulating water heating system controlled by a mould temp-controller. The fixture can block injection hole automatically and function of pumping core automatically. The mould changing adopts link gear or cylinder driving mechanism with manual control abd electric control self-locking. It can be applied to products different dimension.
