Refractory mortar is a new kind of paste-like bonding material which is formed particularly from specially sorted powder made from the identical raw materials and classification temperatures in light with the brick utilized in furnace and their refractory grades. During the process of production, it undergoes chemical reaction and stirring-up with added inorganic bonding agent and additives. refractory mortar can be classified into four categories according to its service temperature in normal circumstances and they must be used to support the refractory brick subject to the same class.
Refractory mortar Description
1. Refractory Mortar belongs to air hardening refractory mortar, are supplied as ready-to-use wet blends of finely-ground aggregates and special binders.
2. The mortar develop good strength on air drying, forming strong joints and conferring an almost monolithic structure to the brickwork
3. Supply status: Wet state or dry state, generally supplied With the barrel if it's wet, and the dry mortar can be supplied according to customers' requirements

1.Refractory mortar is one of the unshaped refractory materials.
It is made of refractory aggregate, refractory powder, binders and other additives and don't need calcination.
It is loose, No fixed shape,Has high liquidity, Casting and vibration molding, Can use directly or use after add appropriate water or other liquid.
2.According to the difference of refractory powder,common mortar are clay based,high alumina based,silica based,magnesia based, corundum based,mullite based,zircon based,insulation based etc.Generally.The material of refractory mortar and the material of refractory brick are basically identical.

A1:Refractoriness:the refractory material withstands high temperature without melting and softening performance in the absence of load resistance.Usually working temperature is less than refractoriness about 1350-1400°C.
