A1 : the production time will according to the quantity of the order  

Normally will take 20 working days . 

Q2: What about the delivery time and the delivery charges ? 
A2: Normally the goods will be delivered by sea or air 

and the time depends on the destination port.

for specific deliver method and cost, please contact with sales . 

Q3:What files format should i provide for the sample or mass production ?
A3: Please provide ai, CDR or pdf or 300 pixeljpg format for the production . 

Q4: What factors affect the price?
A4:  Style, material, dimension, quantity,binding method .. etc.

For your inquiry, if possible, try to give us all these information to get exact quotation.

Q5: What about the payment terms ?
A5 : Payment terms will be 30% deposit and  the balance before delivery 

Q6: How can i pay ? 
A6: It can be paid by bank transfer or western union. Pls follow the instruction of our sales about payment.
