Reducer For Electric Iron Induction Melting Furnace

Medium frequency melting furnace using 200~2500Hz medium frequency power supply for induction heating, power range 20~2500KW, mainly used for carbon steel, alloy steel, special steel smelting and mild heat preservation, and run with the blast furnace.

The whole melting furnace equipment contains medium frequency power supply cabinet, compensation capacitor, furnace body and water cooling cable, reducer. The furnace body comprises a furnace shell, induction coil, lining, tilting gear box is composed of four parts, the furnace shell made of non-magnetic material, the induction coil is a spiral cylinder by a rectangular hollow pipe, pipe cooling water melting. The coil leads to the copper bar and the water-cooled cable connected, close to the lining of the induction coil, composed of quartz sand play solid sintering.

The furnace body by tilting the tilting furnace directly rotating reducer. The tilting speed reducer two stage turbine speed, good self-locking performance, stable and reliable rotation, emergency power off immediately to avoid the risk of tilting. Can be selected by the selection switch control of two furnace tilting gear box motor, switch box with four core rubber line enables operator to stand in the position of the furnace body tilting, reset jog control.

  The Seller shall guarantee that the goods are made of the best materials and the best craft. The goods are brand new and unused, and the equipment  is reasonable designed.

   The Seller guarantees that the contract equipment shall have a quality guarantee period of 12 months in the absence of process and raw materials. The term of the 12 months shall be counted from the time in the following two points: the date of acceptance or the date of the goods to the buyer's manufacturer for six months. If the delay is caused by the seller's commissioning, the warranty period will be extended.

   The Seller shall make an immediate response after receiving the notice of maintenance of the foreign customer, and dispatch the maintenance engineer to the scene if the objective traffic conditions allowed. In the gurantee period all the normal use of fault cases, the seller is responsible for free repair, the damaged parts will be provided to the user (including freight). The Seller shall not be liable for any consequential damages.

   After the warranty period, the seller will provide two years of free preventive maintenance (excluding material). Preventive maintenance of equipment includes: two times a year, one day of equipment follow-up, equipment inspection, customer training, etc.. Preventive equipment maintenance time and specific work agreed by both parties.

 1.Equipment installation, commissioning and training

Will sent engineers to engineering and construction for 4 weeks of installation, commissioning and operation training. The training provide the correct and safe operation and personal protection knowledge.

The equipment arrived to the buyer's site, the custody work of storage and unloading before installation charged by the buyer. In the case of satisfy the following conditions, the seller will install the construction team for a period of 8 weeks for equipment installation and commissioning:

(1)equipment installation early stage, civil construction, maintenance has been completed, in line with the installation requirements. (including transformer room)

(2)to meet the capacity requirements of the auxiliary power supply has been stationed at the designated location of seller.

(3)cooling water pipe connection. Water pressure, flow meets the seller's requirements.

(4)free use of lifting equipment, in order to cooperate with the construction.

The layout of the installation of the equipment shall be confirmed by both parties to carry out by the buyer according to the site conditions to decide the installation location, including cooling tower, transformer and system equipment (furnace, power) in a reasonable range.

2.Seller Obligation

The seller will complete the installation and commissioning of the equipment within 4 weeks.

The Seller shall provide the "K-- technical documentation, drawings and operating maintenance manual" documents, including the equipment layout plan.

The Seller shall be responsible for the quality of the construction,management and safety by the construction team.

The seller will send engineers to the buyer for equipment maintenance,operation training. The training will run through the whole process of installation and commissioning of the equipment, after the normal operation of the equipment, the operator to introduce the correct, safe operation and personal protection knowledge.

In the end of the installation and commissioning, the normal operation have 30 days after the final acceptance of the equipment.

Once completion of the acceptance tests and the approval of both parties, both parties sign the acceptance agreement.
