Type-02 Linear Actuator is also the Track Linear Actuator, the Track Linear Actuators don’t extend past their total length, these models are ideal for compact applications and projects. Track Actuators are particularly useful for applications where traditional actuators may be affected by the surrounding environment. They were used as the recliner linear actuator most. You might find track actuators useful in applications such as:
•Furniture and home application
•High-precision appreciation
•Construction machinery
This kind of linear actuators are designed so that no additional space is required other then its total length. Unlike other actuators, the stoke does not extend out of the unit, instead it moves along the track of the unit. This feature allows you to have the same hole-to-hole dimension and fits perfectly in an area where additional space is not an option. Each track linear actuator comes with 2 wires (positive and negative), internal limit switches (non-adjustable) and mounting hole on the motor end. Forces available are 1000N at 30-34mm/s ( no load ) and 5000N at 4-5mm/s ( no load ).

The actuator is the unit, which converts the operating voltage from the control box into a linear movement.
Control Box ( Change AC to DC ) -------- Control 1 Linear Actuator
The control box is the heart of the system and connects the outlying units ( actuators and handsets ). It is able to convert control signals from the handset into operating voltage for the actuator. Using a control box is the simplest way to set up and implement the actuator into your application, no tools or wiring required.
Wired Handset / Control Switch ( HC ) --------Control 1 Linear Actuator
The handset is the unit to be used when you want the system ( actuator + control box + handset ) to perform a movement. The handset has the up/down position control. It determines whether the control box will make the actuator move in or out.
Working Principles / Connection of System:
* The screw rod in the actuator push the white slider moving.
* Don't connect the main cable until all actuators and handsets have been connected to the control box.
* Check that all plugs are will connected and firm pushed into the connection plug.
* The actuator can be operated by pushing a button on the handset. Use only one button at a time.
