Q: Is the furniture made of Cubic Wood-Work all solid wood?
A: Yes, pure solid wood furniture. We adhere to the designer's obsessive-compulsive design aesthetics. The furniture sold in the store is made of pure solid wood, including the invisible back and bottom panels, without finger joints and multi-layer panels. And other artificial composite panels. The imported wood we use is a log material under the management of a recyclable forest system. The inside and outside of pure solid wood furniture will breathe together, which can ensure the consistency of the dynamic expansion and contraction of the wood, thereby reducing the risk of deformation and cracking to a greater extent.
Q: Are your painting and glue environmentally friendly? Will it smell or be harmful to the body?
A: We care about health and environmental protection as much as you. We try our best to maintain the original style of the log wide board processing, retain scars or natural gaps, and use limited glue. The glue used for splicing slabs is a well-known brand KOYO BOND glue imported from Japan. Its PH value is neutral and has minimal pollution to the wood. It does not contain formaldehyde, phenol, amine and other harmful substances.
Both the paint and wood wax oil use the Taiwan Dabao brand, which meets the environmental protection standards for export to Japan, Europe and the United States. Does not contain benzene, formaldehyde, heavy metals and other harmful substances.
When you unpack and receive the goods, there may be a mixed smell of wood wax oil/paint and wood, which will slowly dissipate after opening the window for ventilation.
Q: Are wide boards and furniture products available in stock? Can it be customized?
A: There are thousands of wide-board products in stock in our exhibition hall for you to choose from, and you can also accept the factory to directly select materials and customize the specified size. The loss cost and risk of wide board customization are relatively high. It is recommended that you choose spot, what you see is what you get.
Some of the furniture products are sold in stock, and the style and craftsmanship ratio of each furniture product is confirmed by our old woodworkers who have been born in mahogany furniture for more than 30 years. Both structure and stability can stand the test of time. It is recommended that you customize the styles and sizes that we often make. It is not recommended to modify the styles and sizes according to your own ideas. If it changes, the shape of the whole piece of furniture will also lose its original taste.
Q: Are the colors and textures the same as those in the picture?
A: If you are not sure about the color of the final product, you can ask our customer service to take more pictures or videos to confirm until there is no objection before shipping.
Q: Is the size of the product accurate?
A: Most of the products are manually measured by woodworkers and polished by hand. They cannot be as accurate as electronic products, and the actual product size will have a 3-5mm error. If you have high requirements for the size of products, please inform us in advance, and we will try to help you reduce this error.

Q: If an order has been placed, can it be cancelled halfway?
A: If you have placed an order and need to cancel it due to personal reasons, please notify your dedicated customer service in time:

Q: How long does it take to ship?
A: The product customization cycle is 6-8 weeks, excluding logistics and transportation time. If the order needs to be changed, the delivery period will be delayed accordingly. Please reserve the order time as needed.
Q: What are the precautions for receiving goods?
A: Please unpack the goods in person, and inspect the goods in time after installation. Please do not sign for any bumps or serious damages. Take pictures and keep the proof, and keep the product packaging, so that you can claim compensation from the corresponding logistics company.
Q: Will solid wood furniture crack and deform?
A: Actually, the solid wood furniture is like a new family member coming to your home, it needs a process of slowly adapting.
Like the skin, solid wood has pores, and it will expand and contract with temperature, humidity and other environmental factors. Every piece of wood has a chance of cracking and deformation, which is its inevitable natural property. Wood absorbs and releases moisture when it is wet and dry, and expands and contracts with heat (expands when the temperature rises and shrinks when the temperature drops). Especially when the wood is suddenly changed from one environment to another new environment, or the seasons change, or the situation of sudden cold and hot, solid wood furniture may produce small cracks and deformation, which is the normal performance of solid wood breathing and internal stress. , Is a manifestation of the vitality of solid wood, and will not affect the structure and function of the product.
Sometimes the cracks will gradually become smaller as the temperature changes. If you must repair these problems, it is recommended to observe for a period of time and wait for the dynamically changing wood to fully adapt to your environment before repairing, so as to avoid bumps and depressions after the repair. Wait for the reverse effect.
The following conditions are the natural characteristics of solid wood, which are not quality issues and do not affect the use and firmness. Please understand:
*Natural color difference of wood, color difference of splicing slabs, tree scars, wormholes, minerals, white edges, special textures, etc.
*Due to climate differences, dry or high-temperature environments, indoor air-conditioning, floor heating, etc., the solid wood itself cracks.
*Small repairs at the splicing, processing of imprints, small pits that are zoomed in and photographed by the mobile phone at close range.
