About the diameter of the rotary axis, Alpha supplies 20-165mm, 20-220mm, 20-320mm for option.

Switzerland Raytools laser head

The BT240S series is a fiber laser cutting head suitable for medium and high-power industrial applications, which was launched by RAYTOOLS AG in Switzerland based on the BT240 design in 2017. Compared with the BT240 series, the upgraded version of the BT240S series has been fully optimized in terms of dustproof design and customer experience. The risk of contamination of the collimator lens is extremely high when inserting and removing the optical fiber. The BT240S series adds an upper protective lens to the collimation component to minimize the risk of contamination of the collimator lens. At the same time, the protective lens structure has also been comprehensively upgraded, and a dust cover is added to the protective lens. XY Axis Taiwan Hiwin/ PMI Square Rail &Taiwan or German Rack Transmission system

The machine adopts German Rexroth square rail, which is more durable. And the use of high quality helical rack pinion, makes ithigh precision.
The rack and pinion on XY axis is from Taiwan YYC. The high hardness of the material makes the rack more wear resistant.

The blocks that prevents the rail from moving

This requires that the guide rail cannot be displaced, even a slight displacement, because even a slight displacement can cause the ball in the guide slider to be damaged when the machine moves at high speed. And the accuracy of the machine is reduced. So we added blocks that prevents the rail from moving. In order the install the blocks, we need to mill a oblique slope on the top surface of the machine frame. This process is costly.

Automatic lubrication system

The function of the automatic oil pump is mainly to perform regular quantitative oiling on the easily wearable guide rail, ballscrew and the rack gear. It is by the digital controller to control the lubrication pump working cycle; lubrication time and intermittent time.

Control Cabinet

All the electrical components are housed and wired in a doubled-doored electrical enclosure. This allows for easy access and service when needed. All wiring is tagged so that when service is required, the customer can easily navigate the cabinet.
