Application
Dark blue powder. It is easily soluble in water, and its solubility in water is 80g/L (50℃). Reactive dark blue M-BE is used for the dyeing of cotton and viscose fibers, and is suitable for exhaust dyeing and pad dyeing. Good high temperature stability. It is also used for dyeing polyester-cotton, polyester-viscose blended fabrics, as well as hemp and silk. The color fastness is excellent.
Producing Method
Take amino C acid, H acid, 2,4-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid, m-(β-sulfate ethyl sulfone) aniline and cyanuric chloride as raw materials. Firstly, 2,4-diaminobenzenesulfonic acid and cyanuric chloride are condensed for the first time, and then they are nitridated in Chemicalbook and coupled with H acid. Then, the amino C acid is diazotized, and the amino C acid is diazotized for the first time with H acid. The second coupling, and finally the addition of meta (β-sulfate ethyl sulfone) aniline for the second condensation to obtain the product. The finished product is obtained by salting out, filtering and drying.
