Application: cotton and rayon dyeing, padding jig dyeing and continuous padding dyeing, jig dyeing

is more suitable for rayon. Cotton or rayon direct printing, paste stability is good, discharge dyeing

is only for light background color.

Remarks: Put Acetic acid and Cationic leveling agent when dye wool. Do not put alkali when print on silk or wool fabric.

Fixing methods: Steaming:102-103℃,5-10 min

Thermofix:150℃,3-5 min

1st cell:Overflow cold wash

2nd cell: Cold wash

3rd cell: Hot wash, 70℃

4th cell :Hot wash, 70℃

5th cell: Hot wash 95 ℃ add 2 g/L sequestering agent

6th cell: Soaping, 95℃ add 2 g/L sequestering agent

7th cell:Hot wash, 70℃

8th cell: Cold wash
