2. This system offers an optional by-pass lane for parts requiring shot blast. Shot blast is a mechanical means of pretreatment. |
3. Recipes dictate the speed the carrier moves through the shot blast. Thinner parts require less contact time and move faster; while thick, dirty parts move slower. |
4. The 4-stage process washer provides enhances corrosion resistance. |
5. Employees can easily manage the conveyor, equipment, processes, and recipes from HMI terminals. |
6.The unique conveyor design allows carriers to move at different speeds, including faster through non-value added areas. |
7.After exiting the wash, carriers travel through the dry-off oven. The split-top ovens allows the conveyor and carriers to remain out of the oven reducing contamination. |
8. Both the dry-off and cure ovens are equipped with automated doors at the entrance and exit to save energy. |
9. From the dry-off oven, parts move to powder coating. The powder booth is located in a cleanroom where temperature and humidity are controlled. |

15. Parts exit the cure oven and move through cool down. They will then be unloaded and packaged for shipping. |
