Rapid detection of ractopamine card application the principle of the competitive inhibition of immune chromatography, lake of dopamine in the process of flow and colloidal gold marked specificity monoclonal antibody, suppresses the antibodies and the lake on the lines of NC membrane (T) dopamine - a combination of BSA coupling, resulting in lines of color depth changes. When there is
no ractopamine in the sample or the concentration of ractopamine is lower than the detection limit, the color development of T line is stronger than that of C line or there is no significant difference from that of C line. When the concentration of ractopamine in the sample is equal to or higher than the detection limit, the color development of T line is significantly weaker than that of C line or no color development. Whether or not ractopamine is present in the sample, the quality control line (Cline) is colored to indicate that the test is effective

Sample pretreatment
(1) weigh a 4.0±0.05g homogeneous sample into a 10ml polystyrene centrifuge tube;
(2)Add 500ul sample extraction agent and vortex for 1min.
(3)After 10 minutes of water bath at 80℃, the liquid was taken out and centrifuged at room temperature (20~25℃) for 5 minutes at a temperature above 4000rpm. The liquid was tested after the upper layer was cooled to room temperature.

Operation sequence
(1) remove the test card from the original package and use it within one hour after opening.

(2) take 200ul samples in micropores with micropipette, mix them with reagents in micropores, and start timing.
(3) after incubation at room temperature (20~25℃) for 3min, 100ul of the mixture was added vertically to the sampler hole (Shole).
(4) start timing when liquid flows and react for 5min. Judge the result according to the schematic diagram, and judge other time invalid.
Matters need attention
(1) the presence of high lipids in the spoiled tissue samples or tissue samples will affect the test results.
(2)Please test according to the operation steps. Try not to touch the white membrane in the center of the test card. Avoid direct sunlight during the test.
(3)This test card is a disposable product, do not reuse.
(4)The test results of this product are for reference only. For confirmation, please refer to relevant national standard methods.

Represents that the concentration of furatone metabolite in the sample is equal to or higher than the detection limit.
No effect: no C line appears, indicating incorrect operation process or invalid test card.In this case, read the instructions
carefully again and re-test with a new test card.
