3.       Q: How to get the price list?

A: Please email us with the items you need with your contact information, our sales of your region will contact you and offer you details.

 4.  Q: What's the shipping method, shipping time?

A: Our products could be shipped by Sea, by Air, and by Express, which methods to be used are based on the weight and size of the package, and with consideration of customer's requirements.

By sea: 20-40days; by air: 5-10days; by express: 3-6days

5.       Q: Can I use my own forwarder to transport the products for me?

A: Yes, if you have your own forwarder in Guangzhou, you can let your forwarder to arrange the shipment.

6.       Q: Do you provide samples?

A: Yes, we can provide samples for testing before you place bulk order, but you would need to pay for the sample.
