Q4: What is your minimum order quality?

Different products have different MOQ,generally speaking ,our MOQ is 200 meters,but many items are in stock products ,no need MOQ ! So pls do not hesitate to check with us for specific items.

Q5: What is the delivery date of the mass production?

If we have in stock of the item you need ,we can send goods to you within 24 hours after receiving payment . If we do not have in stock, usually is 7-10 days, for urgent order, can be 3-5 days.

Q6: What about shipping?

We can ship in small quantity by the way of air express pr larger ones by container to save cost, you can either use your own assigned shipping agent or our cooperative forwarder. Pls do not forget that we are located in Guangzhou!  

Q7: How can I order and make payment?

Once clear your requirement and determined which product is ideal for you ,we will send proforma invoice to you .You can pay via TT bank transfer, Western union ,or paypal as you like.

 Q8: If we do not find what we need on your website, what should we do? Do you make glitter fabric as per customer’s specific requirements?

Yes, we can provide bespoke service to customers with specific requirements .You can send the details requirements by email or send us your original samples , we will check if we can develop them . We develop new design every month, and some of them may not yet be updated on our website.

Q9: If we find your bank account different as before, how should we respond?

Pls do not send the payment and double check with us before arrange payment. ( you can call us ,or whatsapp ,skype us to confirm the bank account )
