Railway Sulfuric Acid Tank Car / Wagon
This Railway Sulfuric Acid Tank Car / Wagon is built to transport concentrated sulfuric acid(>=92.5%) by railway. Normally, Unit trains are consisted of 36 to 56 tank cars that move sulfuric acid from the production site to storage depots located in the heart of market area.
The Railway Sulfuric Acid Tank Cars / Wagons are mainly consist of bogies, wagon frame, couplers, brake systems, sulfuric tanks, loading and unloading accessories components.
The tank section adopts straight conical circular, and the tank bottom is inclined, to unload more completely with less residue. The car is completely insulated with fiberglass insulation between the tank and jacket. The car end is equipped with stop device to protect the tank from outside collision. The manholes are with good rigidity and strength.
The loading and unloading is from the top. The tank's exterior heater coils make it possible for heating unloading.
