Also our company keeps a logging procedure for the customer complaints and acts in order to resolve the issues and improve the functioning processes.
In addition Novamed supplies and distributes only products that are CE marked and comply with the decision 93/42 of the European Union and are also certified according to the standards EN ISO 9001 & 13485.
