Structure
1. Furnace Shell: The furnace shell is made from steel plates and steel plates in a shape of a round column. The weldings are completely sealed.
2. Refractory Lining: The refractory lining is comprised of Morgan insulation block and blanket,calcium silicate felt.The heating method is burner with adjustable power.
3. Burning System: The burning system employs European burner, which has functions of temperature control, automatic ignition, flame detection, and automatic start-up or shut-off of the burner based on the temperature upper limit and lower limit.
