DMX512 signal is based on RS-485 signal, a kind of industry-standard protocol after adjusting the transmit Baud rate, it should have a significant adjustment about the recognition on cable:
1.DMX512 is digital signal, signal transmitted is 0 or 1 digital signal.
2.DMX512 operating frequency Bitrate 250 kbit/s much higher than analog audio signal.
3.The characteristic impedance is 110 OHM.
Therefore we must positively face the possible JITTER problem caused from digital cable! JITTER is the time base error (jitter), the cable is caused offset due to the charging time, with capacitance discharge time between cables!
Also operating environment under LIGHT, AC 220V / 110V higher voltage, it is often long-distance parallel on wiring, interference problems must be addressed!

some external interference signal!

Digital system for cable discharge is very important,it will likely cause a digital jitter problem!
So adding a terminating resistor on the link termination,can improve the stability of high loop!
