Roll 1600 has a steel reinforced body with durable polymer coating.

The glued rubber profile throughout the length of body protects the desktop surface from scratches, 
betrays landslide stability to device.

Body has a clear focus of the cut. The lower visor protects the surface of desktop from damage sharp knife 
when cutting material.

We were very attentive to design the device shafts; we made them of durable duralumin alloy, we set plain bearings inside, shafts with strong spring biased axes allow you to work with rolls weighing up to 60 kilograms (132 lb). Special coating of shafts and intentionally increased diameter avoid damaging the surface of material during its unwinding.



The device has a high-reliable Japanese counter with special metal refrain wheel. Discreteness of counter is equal to 1 cm (0.4 inches).

Unit of Counter has contactless damper that provides smooth tilt of counter and sufficient clamping the wheel to the material, which avoids the bouncing in the process of unwinding the material.

Working principle is very simple. Place the device on a flat surface and set the counter to the working position 

(with a hex wrench).



The device is ready to work.  Place the rolled material between shafts, indented from the side wall where the meter is installed at least 1 cm (0.4 inches).

Overturn the counter on the side wall of the device, put the material between the pipe and the guide by finger. Align the edge of the fabric with the base of the device. Set the the counter to the working position. Reset the counter. Pull towards you edge of the material and rewind it into a roll. Keep track of counter. Upon reaching the desired quantity of material you should make the cut using stationery knife. For accelerate the process of unwinding rolled materials we recommend the use of an auxiliary device - «miniroll».
