QGN internal pipe shot blasting machine consists of blasting wheel assembly, pre-blast room, post-blast room,abrasive circulation system, abrasive separation system, workpiece rotation system, dust removal system, hydraulic control system,pneumatic control system,electric control system, etc. Here are introduction of major parts.

1,Movable pre-blast room and post-blast room

These rooms allow fore and aft movement to insure both ends of steel pipes to be treated by shot blasting machine, they are welded by steel plates and steel profile to provide sufficient mechanical strength.

2,blasting wheel assembly

It adopts DP180 blasting wheel with linear blade, they are arranged in a compact way to facilitate maintenance.

3,abrasive circulation system

It is mainly contains screw conveyor, bucket elevator,shot-sand separator,abrasive silo, pneumatic valve and other components.

4,pipe transport trolley

It is mainly used to load pipe, rotate pipes and lift pipes(to remove abrasives), and it delivers pipes to loading / unloading device to automatic work flow, thus saving labor and offer better control.

5,Loading and unloading device

Operator are not only released from heavy work, but are also well protected from potential danger.

6,electric control system

It is completely controlled by an electrical control system, it includes Siemens PLC controller and other high-quality electrical devices, has high degree of automation,multiple protection funtions and reliable performance.
