TDF flange machine can be divided into three types according to the working requirements: single type T-12 and T-15, duplex type 2-T-12. Single type machine like T-12 and T-15 can form flange edge at one side and crispening edge at the other side; duplex type like 2-T-12 can form flange edge at both sides simultaneously to improve efficiency and save time. Additionally, duplex type can add flange edge or crispening edge outside at either side. Our company would specially introduce high-strength rolling reels made of GCr 15, a kind of steel which prolongs the machine life by more than 5 times and outputs stainless steel TDF flange.
1.Q: Where is your factory located ? how could we visit there ?
A: We're located at Bowang economic development zone, Maanshan of steel city. 0.5 hour to Nanjing Lukou International Airport by car, or 2 hours to Shanghai by high speed train.
2. Q: How long is your machine's guarantee time ?
A: 2 years. Main parts are made of high tool steel by special quenching treatment. With high corrosion resistance and wear resistance.
3. Q: What can you provide for after-sale service ?
A: We can send engineers to your factory to installation and training if customers reuire.
4. Q: What are your payment terms:
A: T/T or L/C. Other ways can also be acceptable after discussion and agreement.
5. Q: What's policy for guarantee and broken parts ?
A: Warranty period of equipment lasts 2 years. During which the brokern parts and spares caused by quality can be offered for free.
6. Q: What does your factory do regarding quality control ?
A: Quality is priority. We always attach great importance on quality controlling from the beginning to the very end.
7. Q: Do you have stock?
A: Yes, more than 50 piece are in stock. Machine with different color can be customized.
