How to order?
1) Tell us which size and color of the lock you like? And how many pieces? Then we will quote you price.
2) If you feel price is ok, then please let me know full name, full addres and phone number of the receiver, i will provide you invoice to confirm.
3) After the invoice confirmed and payment done, we will arrange the order production for you ASAP.
4) Sending the tracking number to you.
What's your payment method?
1. Bank Transfer, Trade Assurance on Alibaba and PayPal.
What's your shipping method?
1. For small order, we will use FEDEX or UPS or DHL for you, it's door to door serive.
2. For big order (over 100pcs locks), you can use Sea Shipping, which will be much cheaper.
3. For the big order, you can use Air Shipping as well.
What's your lead time?
1. For sample order, usually need 2-3 days
2. For the big order (OEM order), usually need about 30-40 days.
Do you test your lock before shipment?
Yes, we have QC to control the quality.
What's your aftersale service?
The warranty is 6 month, if any defective one, please send us the picture or video to cofirm, then we will replace it with new one in your next order
