Thermosetting Powder Coating is a kind of powder paint different from traditional one, it is non-polluted, high efficiency, environment friendly, and it can be recycle used and can save resource while coating. It’s including pure polyester powder coating and epoxy powder coating. The former one is mainly used for outdoor facilities coating, and the other one is mainly used for indoor paint.

Powder Coating series:

According to curing conditions, there are standard curing and lower temperature curing type;

According to gloss, there are different gloss level such as
high gloss ( above 85%),
flat gloss( 50%-85%),
semi gloss ( 7%-50%),
matt( below 7%)
and gloss can be adjusted according to customers requirements;

According to surface appearance, there are mainly three types, smooth effect, art textures effect including sandy, wrinkle, orange-figured, fissure hammer texture effect etc, and metallic effect.;

Available in all colors according to RAL & PANTONE and it can be customized as clients require

Powder Coating Physical property:

Specific gravity: 1.4-1.7g/cm³ (varied with different color and gloss)

Particle size distribution 100%<100μm it can be adjusted .

Powder Coating Curing conditions: 

Standard type: 180°C/15 minutes

 Lower type:160°C/20 minutes
Special: 130°C/20 minutes if customer require

Safety:there are no hazardous ingredients in all the raw materials of powder coatings and no hazardous gas will be released while using. However,the inhalation of dusts should be avoided.An operateor should wear an anti-dust mask and try best to avoid long time contact with the powder coatings. Those coatings sticked on the skin could be washed with soap.
