The high density pure aluminum foil can reflect 97% radiation that penetrate through sheet iron, wall concrete or wood, and flowing air stay in the air bubble cell can reduce the heat conduction and block heat convection. It's also an environmental-protected insulation material, as well as good moisture barrier.
