A.The minimum order is 100pcs balloons. Because the balloons are disposable product, shipping by courier is cheaper than shipping by sea when your order too small.

A.Yes, free sample is available, but the charges of shipping will be paid by customer. Your sample will arrive at you in 3-7 days usually.
