Quick Setting Sprayed Liquid Rubber Waterproof Coating Liquid State for Roof is one-component pure bitumen waterproof coating , which is suitable for dry and wet base surface construction, it will form a high tough and elastic, non-toxic and tasteless waterproof film after curing. It is a new type of environmental friendly oderless waterproof coating for roofing.
Substrate Treatment
The substrates should be firm, even and clean, free from dust, obvious
water and oil. Make the corners into circular shape. If for old substrates, the old waterproofing layers should be cleaned and removed, the cracking parts or corners should be repaired or treated with MESIDEN@Plug Agent. The application procedure is firstly treating the corners and cracks, and then vertical substrates, and the applied on the large area.
First Coating
Firstly moisture the substrates, brush the coating on the treated substrates, apply the second coating after surface dry of the first coating ( Surface dry: normally 6-8 hours after first coating.).
The coating direction of the second coating should be crisscrossed the first coating. Referred coating thickness is 1.0 - 1.5mm
Second Coating
After application, allow the coated substrates cure for 7 days, and then process with closed water test. During the period, do a good job in sunshade, rain protection and other protection measures.
