Q4: What is your product warranty?

A whole set complete endoscope includes monitor, probe and accessories. For monitor and accessaries, warranty is 13months. Probe is consumables which do not enjoy the 13 months warranty.

Q 5: What is your lead time?

we have plenty stock for the regular models, lead time is 1 day after recieve the payment.

Q 6: Do you provide OEM/ODM service?

Our most sales volume comes from semi-products. By evaluating client's request we can design and develop a customise solution for them. And OEM service is also welcomed.

Q 7 Trouble shooting

1: Why there is no image on the LCD screen after power on?
Please connect power adapter with deivce to active the battery.
2: Why there is no image but words on the LCD screen after power on ?
Please remove the probe and adjust the place to insert and screw it well.
3: Fail to take photo/video and setting
Please insert a Micro SD card
4: The screen keep displaying: "Please format the card"
Please change another high quality branded Micro SD card
5: Device crash
Please RESET the device and power on again.
