Q: What is the delivery time?
A: We have our own forging factory, so our delivery time is 45 to 60 days. If the slewing bearing need Class certificates issued by Classification Society, 60 to 75 days is needed. For the wind turbine yaw pitch bearings or main bearings, the delivery quantity is mass and we will delivery the goods according to the customer delivery plan.

Q: What is the shipping method?
A: Normally, for the big size slewing bearings, shipped by sea is always requested by our customer. The terms is CIF, FOB, CFR,EXW etc.

Q: What is the quality guarantee policy?
A: The guarantee time is 12 months since the date of leaving the factory. If the products used for wind turbine generator, the guarantee time can be negotiated and longer.

Q: What is the payment term?
A: Normally, If the order value less than USD5000.00, 100% T/T in advance. If the order value larger than USD5000.00, 30% T/T in advance and 70% T/T before shipping.
