Products Description
APPLICATION
This elastomer replace thermal conductive silicone grease or paste in filling and bonding of CPU, PCB, thyristor control modules, and high-power electronics modules with radiators(heat sinks), etc. This elastomer instead of traditional ways with its good use and low cost.
◆Preparation
Clean the surfaces by removing the rust, ash, and oil, etc.
◆Application
Pierce the opening with the tip of the cap. Fix the nozzle, and coat the surface evenly with the
adhesives, then assemble two parts.
◆Curing Condition
Put the surfaces in air to make it get full cure. The curing progress is from outer surface into
inner surface. The elastomer can get cure with the depth of 2~4mm in 24 hours (at room
temperature, 55% moisture), if the sections is too deep (especially the parts not easy to
contact with air) or the temperature is too low, the cure time will be extend.
Advise users preparing enough time to let elastomer get full cure in order to stable its
properties before the next disposing or packaging.
◆Attention
1. After the application, screw its nozzle tightly and store in dry and cool place for next time
using.
2. Some cured adhesives around the opening when you use it again, just remove the cured,
and use the uncured.
