. How can I upload the mattress from the package?

 ----A:  for normal Kraft paper packing,  please ask 2-3 guys to lift down the mattress from containers one by one,  please don't drag and rub the mattress on the ground avoiding the mattress surface get worn and tore.  Then use a scissor to cut the Kraft paper from the edge smoothly. 

     B: for wooden pallet packing, the wooden pallet is extreme heavy which can not be lifted and moved by manual, you need a forklift truck to lift it down, then cut the metal sheet which fixed on the wooden pallet one by one with great carefulness and caution. After the wooden pallet was opened, please use a needle to make some hole on the corner of the PVC bag in order to let the air go inside, then the mattress will be rebounded back slowly. And, it will take 1-2days for the mattress to rebound completely. 

    C: for compressed rolled carton packing, upload the mattress from container one by one, please don't drag and rub the mattress on the ground avoiding the mattress surface get worn and tore.  After open the carton box, please use a needle to make some hole on the corner of the PVC bag to let the air go inside, then the mattress will be rebounded back slowly. And, it will take 1-2days for the mattress to rebound completely.
