This equipment is based on waste paper, waste carton as raw material, through the pulp, sieve pulp, grinding pulp, pulp and other processes, through the molding mold on the molding machine after vacuum adsorption molding, the production of a variety of pulp molding products of complete sets of equipment.

1,Put the waste paper into a pulper to grind up, mix with water and enter the pulper
2,The pulp mill will further grind the pulp smaller, finer, so that the pulp becomes more uniform.
3,Pulp pump will pulp into the pulp pool, the second mixing, pulp into the machine pulp pool

The forming machine is a system which comprises the vacuum power and the air compressor source for the forming machine. The vacumm power system mainly includes vacumm pump, air tank, dehydration pump ,recycle water tank .The vacumm pump is used to produce negative pressure ,and the air tank will stock the negative pressure air and the dehydrated water in the process ,then the dehydration pump will elicit the water in the vacuum tank ,and the recyle water tank can supply the cooling water which should be connected with tap water . The air compressor source includes air compressor and air tank ,which supplies power for the forming machine and heat pressing machine .

With diffierent drying method, there are 3 production lines.

1.Nature Drying Egg Tray Production line, without dryer, dry the egg trays by sunny.
Its greatest advantage is cost saving, especially the significant part of investment costs. However, it has obvious limits, such as weather, space, labor intensity. So natural drying is often employed with small-scale egg tray making machine, for example,  SF-1000,SF-1500.

2. Traditional Brick Oven Conveyor belt Production line
Automatic production line, dry the egg tray in tradition brick building room with conveyor belt. the Fuel can be Coal,Diesel,Gas, LPG, or Dry Wood. Low cost, high capacity, long use life, low consumption, Low trouble rate, low maintain cost.
Workers needed: 5-6 peoples
Length: 35-65 meters as the capacity required

3. Multi-layer Metallic dryer egg tray prodcution line
High grade automatic production line, dry the egg tray in metal dryer with multi layers pallets. Easy installation, beautiful, smallest plant required. The Fuel can be Diesel,Gas, LPG. Workers needed: 5-6 peoples

It can be widely used in a variety of commodities such as: the inner packaging of glass ceramic products, handicrafts, small machinery, electrical products, toys and other commodities, gradually replace EPS foamed plastic and corrugated paper liner, not only has good protection performance and buffer performance, reduce the damage of goods, improve the packaging grade, and reduce the cost, do not pollutes the environment, can be recycled. It is typical of today's rapidly rising green packaging trend.
