Plate & Sheet Shot Blasting Machine is special blast cleaning equipment for steel plate, steel sheet and strips. Feeding rollers deliver steel plate, steel sheet and strips to middle rollers in blasting chamber where work pieces will be blasted by blasting wheels mounted on the blasting chamber walls.
Brushing and sweeping unit will collect steel shots on the plate surface to screw conveyor. And screw conveyor delivery steel shots to bucket elevator. High pressure fan will blow off un-collected shots to keep plate top surface clean. Out-feeding rollers deliver blasted and finished work pieces out of blasting chamber for unloading.

Rusted steel plate and steel sheet are blasted to reach SA2.5 to SA3.0 surface level. Different roughness depends on different sized steel shots, steel grits and steel wires.

Blasting Chambers
Composition: Pre-heating chamber, main blasting chamber, 2 auxiliary blasting chambers.
Preheating Chamber: Remove moisture & metal salt on plate surface
Auxiliary Bblasting Chamber: Four layers rubber curtains to prevent steel shots and grits out.
Main Blasting Chamber: All blasting wheels are mounted chamber in different angle and protected by Mn alloy liners.
Abrasive Recycling System
Longitude Screw: Collect used steel shots and grits at the bottom of blasting chamber.
Horizontal Screw: Deliver collected shots and grits from longitude screw to bucket elevator.
Bucket Elevator:Lift used steel shots and grits from bottom to top separator.
Separator: Separating qualified shots and grits out to abrasive hopper.
Dust Collection System
Filtration rate:99.9%.dustless shot blasting machine, healthy environment.
Cyclone Dust Collector: First sate dust collection.
Dust Collector: Cartridge type or bag type are second stage dust collection.
Fan Extractor: Extract dusts from piping to dust collector.
Ventilation Piping: Collect dusts from blasting chambers and separators.
Sweeping, Brushing & Blowing System
Sweeping: Nylon brushing sweep steel shots on the surface to screw conveyor.
Delivering: Screw conveyor delivers steel shots to bucket elevator.
Blowing: High pressure fan blow off un-collected shots on plate surface.
Lift Device: To adjust height of sweeping and brushing system by reducer.
