QPQ salt bath composite processing
QPQ technology is a new surface modification and strengthening technology for metals. It can raise the wear resistance, corrosion resistance of the metal surface without any deformation. This technology has realized the composite of nitriding process and oxidation process, the composite of Nitrides and oxides, the composite of Wear resistance and corrosion resistance, the composite of Heat treatment technology and anti-corrosion technology.
QPQ is a new technology, the technology has its unique requirements, must be strictly regulate the operation, the workpiece can meet the requirements of wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and get a more beautiful appearance.
1. technology
1.1 whole process
Washing: it is the pre-treatment of QPQ, very important.
Pre-heating:350-400℃,the time is depend on the capacity, normally is 20-60min
Nitriding:510-580℃,15-180min
Oxidizing:350-400℃,10-20min
Polishing:The commonly used mechanical vibration polishing
The process is:
Loading—washing---pre-heating---nitriding---polishing---washing ---drying--- immersion oil
