Straightener Overview:
Straightening machine is a device for straightening metal bars, pipes, wires, etc. The straightening machine changes the straightness by extruding a bar or the like with a straightening roller. There are generally two rows of straightening rollers, varying in number. There are also two-roll straighteners, which rely on the change in the angle of the two rolls (concave in the middle, hyperbola roll) to straighten materials of different diameters. The main types are pressure straighteners, balance roll straighteners, shoe roll straighteners and so on.
Straightening process of straightener:
The position of the rollers is at an angle to the direction of the product being straightened. Two or three large ones are active pressure rollers, which are rotated by the motor in the same direction. The other small rollers on the other side are driven pressure rollers. It is rotated by the friction of a rotating round rod or pipe. In order to achieve the compression required by the rollers for these products, these small rollers can be adjusted forward or backward simultaneously or separately. Generally, the larger the number of rollers, the higher the accuracy of the straightened product. After being bitten by the roller, the product continuously performs linear or rotary motion, so that the product can withstand compression, bending, flattening and other deformations in various aspects, and finally achieve the purpose of straightening.
Step 1: Fix the straightener on the workbench. This step is very important. Straightening of the straightener during wire drawing will cause irregular bending of the material.
Step 2: First open the two sets of horizontal and vertical straightener control handles, and the two sets of unidirectional adjustable straightening roller screws all move backward.
Step 3: Put the wire into the straightener groove and close the opening and closing handle (there must be tension in the front of the wire, otherwise it is easy to jumper).
Step 4: One-sided adjustable rollers are tightened one by one, close to the wire, and adjusted both horizontally and vertically. (1)The material is stainless steel wire, spring steel wire and other resilient materials. The first roller at the line end of the two sets of horizontal and vertical straighteners must ensure a sufficient amount of depression to fully deform the material and destroy the original internal stress (the first If the amount of pressing of a screw is too large, the material will be wavy, and the screw should be retracted. Otherwise, the material is easy to deform again after straightening. After the straightener is adjusted, the material is in each group of straighteners. To the exit line should be a process from a large bend to a straight line. (2)The material is copper wire, aluminum wire and other non-rebound materials, and the entire row of wheels can be a straight line.
Step 5: Pull out a section of material at the discharge end. Facing the discharge end, see which direction the discharge material is biased.
