Q641TC WCB double flanged ceramic seat ball valve
This valve is suitable for pipeline of high hardness granular medium, or soft particle corrosive medium with the function of opening or closing. Nominal pressure:1.6MPa, applicable temperature: ≤200℃, air source pressure: 0.6~0.8MPa.
The part which contacts with medium adopts structural ceramic material, its chemical stability and hardness is very high (Rockwell hardness HRC90), second only to the diamond. So the valve has a very high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, and good heat insulation, small thermal expansion.
Ball is produced with advanced grinding equipment and manufacturing process, which has high precise roudness, good surface quality and after facing up to the valve seat, becasue of Zr02 ceramic self-lubricating feature, it has a good sealing performance. Good wear resistance of the valve ensures that the valve is durable with high reliability and long service life. The service life of this valve is 2-4 times titanium alloy valve and monel valve.
