The blast chamber is equipped with wear protection plate on the inner wall to avoid punctures due to shots at a high velocity. The rubber belt conveyor allows easy tumbling of workpieces and has many shot leakage holes for the cycle of balls.
Application:
The Q32 rubber belt blaster could clean and strengthen surfaces of various small or medium size castings, fordings and other metal parts. This abrasive blast equipment works as a stand-alone machine or in groups, and it can work together with belt conveyors to form a continuous metal cleaning line.

Our rubber belt tumble blast machine is a complicated, high-tech product composed of the following parts.
1, shot blast chamber
It is constructed by welding steel plate and profiles, there is 10mm thick Mn13or high chrome liners inside to protect housing, Inside the chamber, there is blasting wheel(at top), rubber belt(with drive mechanism),screw conveyor(at the bottom),tight-sealed door(in the front) and lateral endshield(at two sides).
2, caterpillar belt
It is a T-shaped cross section to enhance rigidity and their surface are not struck to achieve better flatness.
3,blasting wheel assembly
It is installed at the top of blast chamber, composed of blasting wheel, belt pulley, V-belt, control cage, distributor,blade, liners.
Blasting wheel is QY360 model, easy to assembly and disassembly, eco-friendly, energy-saving and highly effective performance.
Distributor, control cage and blades re high chrome casting material through precision castings, significantly prolong life spans.

4,Bucket Elevator
It is composed of cycloidal reducer,conveying rubber belt, belt pulley, hopper, housing and tensioning device.
5,separator
It takes advantages of adjustable stream of air to separate shots and contaminants.
6,dust removal system
It uses a two stage dust removal system to collect more than 99% submicron-sized dust.
7,control system
It is controlled by Siemens PLC controller either in automatic or manual mode.
