Operation procedure | 1 | Spray the glue to the part of wood that needs wrapping, until a white layer of glue appears on the surface; | ||||

3 | Use the vacuum suction machine to wrap the wood. Due to the different specification of the machine and heat resistance of PVC films, the heating temperature shown on the vacuum suction machine varies a lot, but it should subject to the temperature of the wood which is between 50~60℃; | |||||
4 | The forming process in the vacuum suction machine includes 6 steps: preheating, heating, vacuum pressing, stop heating, stop vacuum pressing, natural cooling. |
