1.How long is your delivery time?

A: If you need less than 100pcs please order it from our online shop.(Aliexpress),We have product in factory stock. If your quantity is more than 500pcs, normally the delivery time is around 15-20days, it depends on your quantity.

2.How do you ship the product out? Cna i get a discount price when i order as mixed wholesale?

A:We will ship the product via Express(10-15days),EMS(15-20days),SEA(30days).When your mixed wholesales quantity is more than 2000pcs(any inflatable float,Unicorn,Flamingo, Pizza,Donuts,pineapple etc), we will give you a discount price.

3.Do you provide sample before order? Can you refund the sample cost when confirm order?

A: Yes, we can offer the sample to your test before order,and we will refund you the sample cost when you confirm order amount more than 3000USD.

4.How does the product come packed?

A:Normally it will be packed in one PP bag, then packed in carton box, if you need color box, the MOQ is 500pcs.

5.How to repair it when the product with a hole?

6.What is your terms of Payment?

A:Payment<=3000USD,100% in advance, Payment >=3000USD,30% TT in advance, 70% balance before shipment. you can make the payment via Paypal,TT,Western Union,Alipay.

8.What's your repair kit included?

A:Normally, we send repair fabric only, as you know it's not allowed to send glue by air.If you choose shipping by SEA, we can send the glue together.
